About You Counselling is run by qualified counsellor Brigid O'Sullivan in West Cork. She works with a range of clients presenting issues such as depression, stress/anxiety, relationship & marital problems, anger management and low self esteem.
The Brief
Brigid had already developed her offline, face to face counselling service but wanted to branch out in a new direction and offer counselling online. With very few other online counselling services available, it was a risk but Brigid knew she could trust us to build her the best possible solution - she wanted to ensure that the user experience would be as close to face to face counselling as possible and make the process simple, stress free and reassuring for any new client.
What We Did
The Result
As well as reaching out to clients in Ireland, Brigid has built a client base in countries all around the world. The simplicity and the accessibility of this approach to counselling has ensured a quick uptake on this new venture. Brigid's adwords campaign was also a huge success with over three million impressions served and a visit rate increase of almost 90%. This shows how a niche service can benefit from a modest daily budget of just €5.
